Twism’s widget customization features provide increased flexibility for personalization so that your rewards program can accurately match the theme, tone, and vision of your business.

There are three features available to customize:

  1. Widget Style
  2. Placement
  3. Welcome Message

Note: To adjust widget settings, your website must be connected via one of Twism’s supported online integrations (Wix, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce) and the widget must be set as Active.

To access these features, go to My Tools > Loyalty Program > Widget. You will see drop-down arrows for each feature on the left, and on the right, a preview of how these changes will appear on your website.

Switch between desktop and mobile on the top right to see how these changes affect the visual layout of your Loyalty Widget.

Widget

Within the Widget Style settings, you can customize the following features:

  • For the launcher alert, choose between an icon only or an icon with custom text
  • Select between four different icon options
  • Determine which color best matches your branding

Placement

Under the Placement settings, you can customize the following features:

  • Select whether you want the widget to appear on the left or right side of the screen
  • Adjust vertical placement by pixels (ensure the widget does not block or is not blocked by other widgets or pop-up messages in order to provide your customers with the best experience)

Welcome Message

In the Welcome Message settings, you can personalize the following features:

  • Activate or deactivate the widget’s welcome message
  • Customize the title and description of the welcome message to match your brand’s voice

We recommend keeping the welcome message active and adjusting the message to meet your needs in inspiring your customers to join your Loyalty Rewards Program.

When you’ve finished the adjustment to your widget settings, click Save Changes.
