My Account

To edit the name and email attached to your Twism Business account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Twism dashboard
  2. Hover your cursor over the circle with your initials displayed in the top right corner
  3. From the drop down menu, select My Account
  4. Here, you can edit the first name, last name and email associated with your business account
  5. Click Save

Note: this information will not be publicized on the Twism mobile app. Your name and email is only visible to you and your team members.

My Business Profile

To edit your business profile information, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Twism dashboard 
  2. Hover your cursor over the business name displayed in the top right corner
  3. From the drop down menu, select My Business Profile
  4. On this screen you can edit how your business name will appear in the Twism mobile app, web app and Website Reward Widget, your business category, and your business’ website.
  5. Click Save

Team

Because you are likely a busy business owner or manager, you may consider giving other employees access to your Twism account to optimize the flexibility of your program. For example, you may want to grant access to an assistant manager, marketing director, or social media manager.

Adding team members

To add team members to your Twism business account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Twism dashboard 
  2. Hover your cursor over the business name displayed in the top right corner
  3. From the drop down menu, select Team.
  4. On the left side, you will see a list of all of your team members. On the right side, you will see the option to Add User. Enter the email of the staff member you would like to add as a team member, and click Send
  5. An invite will be automatically sent to them via email where they can create their Twism profile to join the team.

Note: the ability to add new team members is limited to the manager of the account. Existing team members cannot add new team members.

Transfer management to a team member

If you are the manager of the business profile, you can transfer your management to another team member by following these steps:

  1. Click on the three dots next to the name of the team member you wish to transfer ownership to.
  2. Click Transfer Management

Transferring management to another team member will upgrade their account to have full control of your business’ dashboard, and degrade the functionality of your account by making you a team member.

Locations

If you own or operate multiple brick-and-mortar locations of the same brand, you can add all of these locations to your Twism profile. To add additional locations, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Twism dashboard
  2. Hover your cursor over the business name displayed in the top right corner
  3. From the drop down menu, select Manage Locations.
  4. Click on Create New Location
  5. Enter the phone number, address, and Merchant ID (optional) of your new location.
  6. Click Add

To add more locations, please repeat these steps.

Note: All settings, rewards, and campaigns will apply to all of the locations under the same brand.

Log Out

To log out of your Twism business dashboard, hover your cursor over the circle with your initials displayed in the top right corner and click Logout.
