How will my customers use their Coins in store?

Customers will earn Coins by making transactions with your business, then later redeem them for a reward item from the catalog you created. 

Customers will select the item on their Twism mobile app, confirming that they are with a cashier or server, then showing the light blue redemption screen to the staff member.

The cashier or server will then apply the necessary discount in your POS system prior to completing the transaction.
