Favorites represent consumer appreciation for your business. When members “favorite” your business in the Twism app, it provides them with quick access to your features and Offers. This is a simple yet powerful way for customers to express their interest, making it easier for them to stay connected with your business.
How to View Your Favorites
You can view how many and which specific members have favorited your business directly from your Twism dashboard. This data provides valuable insights into how many customers are actively interested in your business, helping you tailor your campaigns to better engage these users.
The Total Favorites count can be found on the Performance Highlights section of your dashboard home page.
You can also view which specific members have favorited your business in the Members list and in the Member Profile view.
