There are two ways to validate the redemption. You can scan the code with your device's camera or enter it manually.
How do I manually enter a redemption on the Merchant App?
To manually enter a redemption, follow these steps:
- Tap Validate Code, then tap Enter code manually.
- Use the keyboard to enter the code as it appears on the customer's app, then tap Continue.
Where can I find more details about the offer on the Merchant App?
After scanning or entering the coupon for an offer, all the fine print information for that offer will appear in a gray box.
How much time do I have to validate a redemption on the Merchant App?
After scanning the QR code or entering the code manually, the next page will display a 5 minute countdown timer. Once the time expires, the offer or reward will become invalid.
I forgot my access code to the Merchant App, what should I do?
If you've forgotten your access code, please contact your manager; as they have access to reset the access code for you.
How many devices do I need in my store for the Merchant App?
The merchant app was developed to meet all types of needs. Therefore, the Merchant app can be used whether your team will have access to various devices, or even if they'll only be able to use one single device.
There was an error in the validation on the Merchant App, what could it be?
Any errors that may occur during the validation of a coupon will be marked with the tag Invalid on the Transactions page. By clicking on the card containing the error, you will receive more information about what may have happened.
