Offers can be used for one-time redemptions of promotions, special deals, limited-time offers, and birthday gifts.

Note: Offers are currently only available for merchants based in the United States.

Set up

Offers can be accessed within your Twism dashboard via My Tools > Offers. Within this tab, you will find three different types of offers:

  1. Storewide Deals
  2. Specific Product or Service
  3. Birthday Offer

Note: After creating an Offer, you will NOT be able to edit the settings or details of an Offer. The only editable item is the image. You will have the ability to archive an Offer and create a new one at any time.

Storewide Deals

To set up a Storewide Deal, follow these steps:

  1. Create a New Offer:

    • Click "Create New Offer," choose "Storewide Deals," and click "Continue."
  2. Basic Information:

    • Enter a title, upload an image, and add an attention-grabbing Offer tag.
  3. Redemption Options:

    • Choose online, in-store, or both. Enter a valid code for online redemption.
  4. Location and Limits:

    • For multiple locations, select where the offer is valid.
    • Optional: Set a total customer limit and expiration deadline.
  5. Customer Restrictions:

    • Optional: set an Offer limit per customer to restrict redemptions.
  6. Additional Details:

    • Add rules, restrictions, or extra details to clarify offer specifics.

Click Your customer’s view to see a preview of the offer in a new tab.

To publish your campaign, click Create Offer

You will then have the opportunity to share this offer to your audience via social media, email, or any other method.

Specific Product or Service 

To set up an Offer for a specific product or service, follow these steps:

  1. Create a New Offer:

    • Click "Create New Offer," choose "Specific Product/Service," and click "Continue."
  2. Basic Information:

    • Enter a title, upload an image, and specify the original price and discount amount.
  3. Redemption Options:

    • Choose online, in-store, or both. Enter a valid code for online redemption.
  4. Location and Limits:
    • For multiple locations, select where the offer is valid.
    • Optional: Set a total customer limit and expiration deadline.
  5. Customer Restrictions:

    • Optional: Set an Offer limit per customer to restrict redemptions.
  6. Additional Details:

    • Add rules, restrictions, or extra details to clarify offer specifics.

Click Your customer’s view to see a preview of the offer in a new tab.

To publish your campaign, click Create Offer

You will now have the opportunity to share this offer with your audience via social media, email, or any other method.

Birthday Offers

Note: At this time, Birthday Offers are only available for businesses that operate in-store and only one Birthday Offer can remain active at any given time. 

To create a birthday Offer, follow these steps:

  1. Create a New Offer:

    • Click "Create New Offer," choose "Birthday Offer," and click "Continue."
  2. Basic Information:

    • Enter a title and upload an image
  3. Additional Details:

    • Add extra details to clarify offer specifics.

The rules and regulations are automatically added to every Birthday Offer. The fine print will explain the following limitations:

  • The offer will be valid 3 days before and 3 days after each customer’s birthday
  • There is a limit of one offer per customer
  • The customer must show their ID when redeeming
  • This offer cannot be combined with other offers 

You are also welcome to include additional details or a special note within your offer. 

Click Your customer’s view to see a preview of the offer in a new tab.

To publish your campaign, click Create Offer.

Twism automatically sends Birthday Offers to all customers in your area that are signed up with Twism 14 days before their birthday.

Performance Tracking

On the Offers page you will find detailed information about all the offers you have created. You will be able to search for a specific Offer by title as well as filter by type, active status and date of publishing.

Additional details can be found by clicking on the offer in the list. Here you will find metrics on how many times the offer was opened, saved, and redeemed by a customer. 

You can also track the performance of your Offers by going to Business Metrics > Activity, viewing the graph called Your campaigns and filtering by Offers.

Customer Perspective

Offers will be promoted to customers via the Twism mobile app’s Offers tab. However, Offers can be redeemed either in-store using the mobile app or online by accessing the corresponding code via the mobile app to apply at checkout.
