Offers
Offers can be used for one-time redemptions of promotions, special deals, limited-time offers, and birthday gifts.
Creating New Offers
To create a new Offer, click Create at the top of the My Programs page. Here, you can start from scratch or from an existing template. Additionally, you can filter by business goals to view templates that target acquisition, retention, and/or stored value.
Note: After creating an Offer, you will NOT be able to edit the settings or details of an Offer. The only editable item is the image. However, you will have the ability to deactivate and reactivate an Offer at any time and/or create new Offers at any time.
Start from scratch
To start an Offer from scratch, select either Discount on Select Products, Custom Offer, or Custom Birthday Offer. These can be a great option if you are looking for the most customization and/or specificity in your Offers.
Start from a template
When creating a new Offer, you can also choose to start from a template. These options highlight some of the most common Offer types you will see promoted within the Twism app:
- 2 for 1
- First Visit Discount
- Happy Hour Deal
- Repeat Visit Offer
- Free Birthday Dessert
Basic set-up flow

Starting Place:
- Click Create at the top of the My Programs page.
- Select a start from scratch option or a template.

Basic Information:
- Enter a title, upload an image, and input the expected savings amount.

Location and Limits:
- For multiple locations, select where the offer is valid.
- Set a total customer limit and expiration deadline. (optional)

Customer Restrictions:
- Set an Offer limit per customer to restrict redemptions. (optional)

Additional Details:
- Set a renewal frequency so customers can regain access to the offer after using it once.
- Add rules, restrictions, or extra details to clarify offer specifics. (optional)
You will see a mockup of your Offer on the right side, updating as you enter details. Click Your members view to see a preview of the Offer in a new tab before publishing.
To publish your campaign, click Create Offer.
You will then have the opportunity to share this offer with your audience via social media, email, or any other method from within the Offer card and scrolling to the bottom.
Birthday Offer Specifications
Note: At this time, only one Birthday Offer can remain active at any given time.
Rules and regulations are defaulted for every Birthday Offer and the fine print will include:
- The offer will be valid 3 days before and 3 days after each customer’s birthday
- There is a limit of one offer per customer
- The customer must show their ID when redeeming
- This offer cannot be combined with other offers
You’re also welcome to include additional details or a special note within your offer.
Twism automatically sends Birthday Offers to all customers in your area who are signed up with Twism 14 days before their birthday.
Performance Tracking
Review the performance of your existing Offers by navigating to My Programs > Offers. Here you will find key metrics on Offer engagement, Offer redemptions, Offers saved, and Offer Impressions.
Click See more within each Offer card to view additional details. Here you will find metrics on how many times the Offer was opened, saved, redeemed, and shared by customers.
Scroll down within the Offer card to find a complete list of each member who has redeemed the Offer.

Customer Perspective
Offers will be promoted to customers via the Twism mobile app’s Home page under Offers & Deals and within your merchant profile within the app.
