Reviews

The Reviews page shows the ratings and reviews your customers leave after redeeming with your business. Only verified member redemptions can leave a review, so you can trust that feedback comes from real visits.

Overview

At the top of the page, you’ll see a snapshot of how your business is rated:

• Average rating: Your overall score, on a 1 to 5 star scale.
• Total reviews: The number of reviews you’ve received.
• Total positive reviews: The number of reviews with a positive rating.
• Total negative reviews: The number of reviews with a negative rating.
• Rating distribution: A breakdown of how many 1-star, 2-star, 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star reviews you’ve received.

All reviews

Below the overview, you’ll find a full list of every review. To focus on specific feedback, you can filter the list by:

• Stars: View reviews with a particular star rating.
• Redemption type: View reviews from offer, Coins, or reward redemptions.
• Location: View reviews for a specific location.

Note: All reviews appear anonymous to you. You’ll see the rating and feedback, but not who left it.
