My Programs

The My Programs page is your central hub for creating, managing, and tracking all campaigns you’ve built with Twism.

From this page, you can:

• Quickly deactivate unwanted programs
• Search by program name
• Filter campaigns by goal for easier navigation

Program Goals

Each Twism program is designed with a specific goal and objective in mind. You can choose from the following three types:

• Acquisition – Attract new customers with exciting promotions that encourage first-time visits.
• Retention – Motivate repeat visits and increase customer lifetime value through ongoing incentives.
• Stored Value – Generate upfront revenue by allowing customers to top up their wallets or purchase digital gift cards for themselves or others.

Creating a New Program

To create a new program:

1. Click Create in the top right corner of the page.
2. Select your desired goal type — Acquisition, Retention, or Stored Value.
3. Choose to either start from scratch with a custom setup or use one of our ready-made templates.
4. Follow the guided steps for your selected program type.
