The Members page provides valuable insights into your customer base — including total customers, active and inactive members, and their engagement with your business.

Customer Inactivity Settings

Within the Inactive Members module at the top of the page, click Edit to set how long a customer can go without activity before being marked as inactive.

This setting determines Customer Status. Once a customer exceeds your chosen inactivity threshold, they’ll automatically be labeled as Inactive.

Members List

The Members List displays all customers who have interacted with your business through Twism. Each record includes:

  • Customer name
  • Favorited status ❤️
  • Available Coin balance
  • Total redemptions
  • Time since last activity
  • Customer status

You can:

  • Filter by Customer Status or Favorited customers
  • Search by Customer Name
  • Sort by any column heading

Favorited Status: A red heart (❤️) means a customer has marked your business as a favorite, making your campaigns more visible to them in the Twism app.

Member Profiles

Click on any customer’s name to view their Member Profile, which includes:

  • Join date
  • Birthday
  • Available and pending Coin balances
  • Last purchase amount and date
  • Lifetime Coins earned and redeemed
  • Average spend per transaction
  • Total lifetime spend
  • Activity status

You’ll also see a detailed list of their interactions with your business. Use filters to view activity by campaign or date range.

💡 Pro Tip: Use this page to re-engage inactive customers — reward them with a few free Coins or share an Offer to bring them back!

Activities

Toggle to the Activities tab for a complete view of recent customer engagements. This helps you understand how members interact with your campaigns and where your strongest engagement happens.

You can filter by business goal or activity type:

  • In-store Visits: Loyalty transactions that earn or redeem Coins and Offers.
  • Stored Value: Coin purchases and gift card creations (direct revenue-generating activities).
  • Engagement: Offer saves, Favoriting, Coin transfers, Twism promotions (Hot Deals), and Coin expirations.

Additional filters include:

  • Customer name
  • Timeframe
  • Activity type
  • Business location
  • Latest or earliest activities
