Installing Twism to Toast POS

To connect Twism to your Toast POS, please follow these steps:

1. Access Group and Location IDs
   On your Twism dashboard, go to Management > Integrations. Under Toast, click Connect. Copy the Group ID and Location ID(s) to your clipboard for step #4.
    
2. Install Twism on your Toast POS
   Log in to your Toast dashboard and install the Twism app.
    
3. Enable Loyalty
   In your Toast dashboard, go to Marketing > Loyalty > Settings. Under Enable Loyalty, select Yes, then click Save.
    
4. Apply Group and Location IDs

On your Toast dashboard go to Integrations > Configure integrations. Next to Twism, click on the gear icon ⚙️ to access Settings. 

Enter your Group ID and Location IDs, then click Apply. (If you have multiple locations, enter the same Group ID with each unique Location ID)
 

5. Connect to Twism
   Return to your Twism dashboard, and under Toast click Connect > Connect.

After the page refreshes, your Toast should appear as connected in your Twism dashboard.
