Installing Twism to Lightspeed Retail (X-Series)

By integrating Twism with your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS, you will be able to efficiently redeem customers’ Loyalty Coins via Twism’s smart POS redemption system. 

This integration will allow you and your staff to apply auto-generated discount codes during check-out to create a seamless experience without adding extra friction to your workflow. 

Note: Members will redeem their Coins by inputting the discount code in the Gift Card section of check-out 

The following steps will explain how to connect your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) POS to your Twism account. All you will need are your Twism and Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) account credentials to get started. 

1. Log into your Twism dashboard
2. Click on your business name in the top left corner, then click Integrations from the drop-down menu
3. Under Lightspeed Retail (X-Series), click Connect
4. Enter your Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) account credentials
5. Follow the prompts and accept the permissions
6. You will then be redirected to your Twism dashboard, and the Lightspeed Retail (X-Series) integration will appear as ‘Connected’
