Installing Twism to Clover POS

By integrating Twism with your Clover POS you will be able to efficiently redeem customers’ Loyalty Coins as a unique discount will appear on your Clover POS at the point of redemption.

This article will explain how to connect your Clover POS to your Twism account. To make this connection, you will need to submit your Clover API and Merchant ID to Twism.

1. Log in to your Clover account
2. Go to Account & Setup. Your Merchant ID can then be found in the URL address, after ‘mid=’

3.  Under ‘Business Operations’, click API Tokens

4. Click the Create New Token button

5. Select all READ and WRITE Permissions and enter ‘TWISM’ as the Token name. Then click Create Token.

6. Then copy the generated API Token & Merchant ID

7. In your Twism dashboard, click on the name of your business in the left column > Integrations> click Connect under ‘Clover’. 
8. Paste the API Token and Merchant ID inter their respective fields, then click Confirm

After applying the Clover Merchant ID and API Token, your Clover account will appear as connected in your Twism.
