Toast Integration Overview

Twism is now integrated with Toast POS, providing your business with a seamless, secure, and easy-to-use loyalty redemption experience. This integration streamlines coin redemptions at checkout—saving your staff time, minimizing errors, and enhancing the customer experience.

How it works

1. Customer Redeems Offer
   The customer uses the Twism mobile app to redeem their coins and will present a green redemption screen containing a QR code.

2. Access Rewards in Toast POS
   On your Toast POS, tap Rewards > Look Up Customer > Scan
   

3. Scan the QR Code
   Use the built-in camera on your POS to scan the QR code from the customer’s device. Alternatively, you can manually enter the 12-digit numerical code displayed beneath the QR code, then tap Done.

4. Access Loyalty Profile
   In the top-left corner, tap Loyalty*** to open the customer’s loyalty profile.

5. Apply the Discount
   An auto-generated discount will appear, corresponding to the value of the coins redeemed. Tap Redeem next to the discount.

6. Complete the Order
   The discount will be applied automatically. Complete the transaction as usual.
