Redeeming Offers

This article will explain how to redeem an Offer, whether you're shopping in-store or online. 

Please note that Birthday Offers are only offered by businesses that operate a physical location, and therefore can only be redeemed in-person.

To redeem an Offer, follow these steps:

1. From the Offers screen in the Twism mobile app, select to view Offers and use the available filters and sorting options and select an offer from the results below.

2. From the Offer details page, tap Use Now

3a. If you are redeeming this Offer in-store, you will need to first confirm that you are in front of a cashier or server, then tap Use now. 

Important: Before proceeding, make sure a cashier or server is present as a timer of 5 minutes will begin for you to present the offer’s redemption screen.

You will then see the redemption screen, where you can tap to read the fine print and show to the cashier that it is valid.

3b. If you are redeeming online, then you will see a screen like the one below, where you will tap on the coupon code to copy it to your clipboard to then apply at checkout on the business' website.
