Paying with Coins

This article covers the different ways you can pay with Coins using Twism. Depending on how the business operates, coins can be redeemed either online or in-person.

Paying with Coins In-Store

1. Tap Pay with Coins in the Wallet tab of the mobile app, search for the business you’d like to pay with, then tap on your business name.

2. Select how many coins you would like to use, then tap Continue

3. Confirm on the app that you are in front of your cashier, server, or other staff member and tap the button to Pay now

4. A confirmation screen with a generated code will appear, which you will then present to the staff member.

Paying with Coins Online

Widget

1. Click the Pay with coins option

2. Enter the amount of coins you'd like to redeem. Then, click Next to convert these coins into a payment code of the equivalent dollar value and click Pay Now to confirm

3. Click on the code to copy it to your clipboard and paste it at checkout.

Mobile App

1. Tap Pay with Coins in the Wallet tab of the mobile app, search for the business you’d like to pay with, then tap on the business name.

2. Select how many coins you would like to use, then tap Continue

3. If the business operates both in-person and online, the app will ask you to select where you would like to make the payment. Select I will pay online, then tap Continue.

4. A confirmation page with a payment code will appear. Tap on the code to copy it to your clipboard and paste it at checkout.
