Birthday Experience

Twism would like to make your special day even more exciting with exclusive birthday Offers on top of a free gift of 5 Coins to the merchant of your choice to enjoy during the week of your birthday.

Note: The Twism Birthday Experience will only be active 7 days before and 3 days after your birthday. Make sure to take advantage of our offerings within this time frame! 

Birthday Coins

One week before your birthday, you will receive an email and push notification from Twism letting you know you have Free Birthday Coins and Offers available.

To locate the Birthday modal within the Twism app, click the “Claim my Birthday Coins” button within the email. Or, find the modal on the home page under the birthday banner. 

Here, you will see a list of available merchants to which you can claim 5 Coins. It is important to note that you can only claim Coins from one merchant within the birthday experience. 

After claiming, this screen will not be visible again until the following year. 

Note: Free Coins claimed from the birthday experience expire after 30 days. 

Birthday Offers

During the week of your birthday, you will also have access to special Birthday Offers. 

These can be found by clicking on the birthday banner on the home page, or by selecting the Birthday Club filter at the top of the Merchant page. 

Unlike Birthday Coins, you can claim and redeem as many of these as you’d like within the Birthday Experience time frame (during the week of your birthday).
