It says my phone number is already in use. What should I do?

If you receive a message saying This phone number is already in use, it is likely that your phone number is connected to an account under a different email address. 

We recommend logging into your previously created account using your phone number by following these steps:

  1. Tap your initials or profile icon in the top-left corner of the Twism app.
  2. Scroll down and select Log out, then confirm when prompted.
  3. On the login screen, tap Continue with Email, then tap Log In (you’ll find it in small blue text near the top).
  4. When prompted, select Let’s use your phone number, then enter your phone number.
  5. Enter the verification code sent to you via SMS, then tap Validate Account.
  6. Tap Take me to My Account to complete the login.
