If you receive a message saying This phone number is already in use, it is likely that your phone number is connected to an account under a different email address.
We recommend logging into your previously created account using your phone number by following these steps:
- Tap your initials or profile icon in the top-left corner of the Twism app.
- Scroll down and select Log out, then confirm when prompted.
- On the login screen, tap Continue with Email, then tap Log In (you’ll find it in small blue text near the top).
- When prompted, select Let’s use your phone number, then enter your phone number.
- Enter the verification code sent to you via SMS, then tap Validate Account.
- Tap Take me to My Account to complete the login.
