Installing Shopify Extension

As of February 1, 2025, if you are utilizing Twism’s app for Shopify, you are also required to install a supplemental extension. 

This extension is necessary as Shopify has made significant policy changes affecting its checkout process, and the extension will ensure your Loyalty Widget will continue to display and reward customers after purchases.

Installation

1. From your Shopify dashboard, go to Settings
2. Click Checkout
3. In the Configurations section, click Customize
4. Select App > Choose Twism extension > Click Save
