Twism Week — California Wine Festival Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Twism App, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, and immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 12th and ends on May 21st at 11:59 PM PST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter
Participants may enter in one of the following ways:

• Automatic Entry: Users who redeem five (5) or more qualifying offers within the Twism app during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, participants may send an email to support@twism.com, with the subject line “Twism Wine Festival Sweepstakes Entry”. The email must include the participant’s full name, email address, date of birth, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person via AMOE.

Limit 1 entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to the California Wine Festival in Santa Barbara (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value: $170. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about Friday, May 22nd. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within 10 days to claim the prize.

7. Additional Conditions
Winner and guest must be 21+ and may be required to sign a liability/publicity release. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from participation or use of the prize.

10. Privacy
Information collected is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

11. Governing Law
Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a request to support@twism.com within 2 days after the drawing date.
