Managing Your Account Details

Your Name

To edit the name associated with your account, follow these steps:

1. From the Twism app, tap the profile icon in the top left corner
2. Tap Edit Profile
3. Edit your first and last name to read as you would like it to appear.
4. When you are finished, tap Save 

Your Profile Image

To add or edit your profile image, follow these steps:

1. From the Twism app, tap the profile icon in the top left corner
2. Tap Edit Profile and tap on the camera icon at the top of the screen.
3. Select to take a photo or choose a photo from the photo library on your device, then select your desired image.
4. Tap Save

Email & Mobile Number

Editing your email address and phone number requires additional security due to the sensitivity of this information. To enable editing capabilities to the email and phone number associated with your Twism account, we require a verification code for additional security.

Edit Email Address

To edit your email address, follow these steps:

1. From the Twism app, tap the profile icon in the top left corner
2. Tap Edit Profile
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Edit Sensitive Data
4. Select where you would like a 4-digit verification code sent. (i.e. email or phone number) Then, tap Send Confirmation Code
5. Enter the code sent to either your phone via SMS or your email. Then tap Validate and Continue
6. Tap on your current email address to edit.
7. Enter the new email address you wish to use and tap Next
8. Enter the verification code sent to your new email address.
9. When you have finished updating your information, click the ‘X’ in the top right corner.

Edit Mobile Phone Number

To edit your phone number, follow these steps:

1. From the Twism app, tap the profile icon in the top left corner
2. Tap Edit Profile
3. At the bottom of screen, tap Edit Sensitive Data
4. Select where you would like a 4-digit verification code sent. (i.e. email or phone number) Then, tap Send Confirmation Code
5. Enter the code sent to either your phone via SMS or your email. Then tap Validate and Continue
6. Tap on your current phone number to edit.
7. Enter the new phone number you wish to use and tap Next
8. Enter the verification code sent to your new phone number.
9. When you have finished updating your information, click the ‘X’ in the upper right corner.
