Reset your password from the logged-in state

  1. From the Twism app, tap the profile icon in the top left corner
  2. Tap Reset Password
  3. Tap Send Reset Instructions
  4. A message will appear instructing you to check your email for instructions to reset your password. Tap Logout
  5. Open the latest email from Twism, providing instructions to choose a new password for your account.

Reset your password form a logged-out state

  1. Open the Twism App
  2. Tap Continue with Email
  3. Towards the top, next to "Already have an account?" tap Log in
  4. Enter the email used for your Twism account, then tap Continue
  5. You will then see a banner message instructing you to check your email and follow the instructions
  6. Click on the link provided in the email
  7. Enter your new password, then tap Create
  8. Return to the Twism app and log in with your email and new password.
