Your Twism Digital Wallet

Your digital wallet is where all of your Coins from all participating businesses will be stored and tracked.

You can view your total available Coin balance, your Coin balance with each individual business, pending Coins, expiring Coins, and a list of your transactions.

Pending Coins are earned Loyalty Rewards that are being held on your behalf for a period of time. After this period ends, pending Coins become available for use.

To protect against credit card theft, fraud, and chargebacks, pending Coins allow you to see what Loyalty Rewards you will receive once purchase confirmation is reached or the business’ return policy expires.

Expiring Coins are also earned Loyalty Rewards that are available for you, and will be expiring soon. After expiration, they will no longer be available for use toward discounts with participating merchants.
