My Account

To edit the name and email address associated with your Twism Business account, please follow these steps:

1. From your Twism dashboard, click on your name displayed in the bottom left corner.
2. From the menu, select My Account
3. Here, you can edit your first name, last name, and email associated with your business account
4. Click Save

Note: this information will not be publicized on the Twism mobile app. Your name and email are only visible to you and your team members.

Change Password

To edit the password associated with your Twism Business account, please follow these steps:

5. From your Twism dashboard, click on your name displayed in the bottom left corner.
6. From the menu, select Change Password
7. Enter your current password and then your new password 
8. Click Save

Note: Your password must contain at least 8 characters, at least one number (0-9), and at least one letter 

Log Out

To log out of your Twism business dashboard, click on your name displayed in the bottom bottom corner and click Log out.
