Twism’s Performance tab is an excellent way to gauge the health, status, and progress of your rewards program. These metrics allow you to compare the performance of different campaigns, determine the success of different strategies, and make informed future decisions.

There are four different pages within the Performance tab that provide insights into each facet of your rewards program: Overview, Activity, Customer Center, and Conversions.

Overview

The overview page provides you with a snapshot of your rewards program with the following statistics:

  • Total customers
  • Active customers
  • Inactive customers
  • Customers total spend
  • Coins in circulation
  • Redeemed Coins

Below are three line graphs relating to your business’s customer growth, minted coins reports, and campaign engagement.

The customer growth graph includes statistics concerning new customers acquired, returning customers, and number of transactions. The coin reports graph includes statistics concerning your rewarded coins, purchased coins, free minted coins, and traded coins. All of these statistics are based on the time period selected.

Use the time frame option to see different periods of activity. Use the filters to zero in on the exact data you are interested in.

Activity

The activity page consists of three sections that provide insights into how total spend is generated by rewards members and daily performance metrics for all your active campaigns.

Customers spend

The first section provides information regarding how much customers are spending. You will be presented with data on the sum of all purchases made by your loyal customers since the day you installed Twism as well as how much customers have spent during the previous month and the current month.

Click See more details in the bottom right to view a line graph detailing customer spending patterns over time.

Campaign activity

The second section provides information regarding recent activity for all of your active campaigns. Select the type of campaign to view some quick metrics related to that program. Use the time frame option to see activity from different time periods.

Customers activity

The third section provides a feed showing all of the recent activity your customers are generating on a daily basis. Each line item includes the following details:

  • Date
  • Customer name
  • Action
  • Initiative

Use the filters to analyze each feature’s performance independently. Use the time frame option to see activity from different time periods. You can also search by customer name to see a list of all the activities made by individuals.

Customer Center

The customer center includes metrics on your total number of customers, transactions, rewarded coins, and redeemed coins.

The customer center also provides you with a complete list of customers who have interacted with your rewards program via the Twism network. Each customer record includes the following details:

  • Customer name
  • Coins available
  • Coins rewarded
  • Coins purchased
  • Last purchase of that customer
  • Customer status

You can filter the list by customer status and search by customer name. By clicking on the title of each line item, you can also filter by each respective category.

Clicking on the name of each customer will take you to their respective Customer Profile which includes the following information:

  • Date they joined your program
  • Birthday
  • Available coin balance
  • Pending coin balance
  • Last purchase amount and date
  • Total coins earned
  • Total redeemed coins
  • Average amount spent per transaction
  • Total purchase amount since they joined your rewards program
  • Activity status

You will also see a list of every interaction they have made with your program. Use the tags to filter this activity list by campaign and select a specific time period.

Pro-tip: The Customers tab is a great way to get inactive customers re-engaged with your business. After identifying individual inactive customers, you can kindly re-invite them to engage with your business again by awarding them a few free coins or sending them an Offer Coin!

Conversions

This page provides a list of every conversion-related event that your rewards program has generated. Each line item includes the following details:

  • Customer name
  • Payment code
  • Code status
  • Number of coins used
  • Initiative type
  • Date of activity

You can filter by code status and search by customer name or code. Use the filters to focus your search on specific initiative campaigns.
