Use Coins

This article covers the different ways you can redeem Coins using Twism. Depending on how the business operates, Coins can be redeemed either online or in-person.

Use Coins In-Store

1. Open your Twism app, tap Use Coins, and select the business where you would like to redeem Coins.

2. Enter how many Coins you would like to use, then tap Continue

3. Confirm on the app that you are in front of your cashier, server, or other staff member and tap the button to Use now

4. A redemption screen with a generated code will appear, which you will then present to the staff member.

Paying with Coins Online

Widget

1. Click the Pay with coins option

2. Enter the amount of Coins you'd like to redeem. Then, click Next to convert these Coins into a payment code of the equivalent dollar value and click Pay Now to confirm

3. Click on the code to copy it to your clipboard and paste it at checkout.

Mobile App

1. From the Wallet tab, tap Use Coins and select the business where you would like to pay with Coins.

2. Select how many Coins you would like to use, then tap Continue

3. If the business operates both in-person and online, the app will ask you to select where you would like to make the payment. Select I will pay online, then tap Continue.

4. A confirmation page with a payment code will appear. Tap on the code to copy it to your clipboard and paste it at checkout.
